Free Next Day UK Delivery
At Created Brilliance, we offer free next day delivery on all orders for delivery within the UK.
All orders of in-stock products – from lab grown diamond rings to gemstone earrings - will be delivered by:
- Free next day delivery for all orders placed before 3pm.
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday
- Made-to-order and pre-order items will be delivered within 4 weeks.
- Delivery times for bespoke or customised jewellery will vary depending on the piece. The precise timeframe is discussed during the bespoke process, prior to ordering.
- The ring sizer is excluded from free next day delivery
All deliveries are insured and tracked. The tracking information will be sent to you by email once your purchase has been dispatched.
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver outside of the UK at this time.
Created and delivered within 4-6 weeks
Sometimes, you'll see the message 'Created & delivered within 4-6 weeks' under our Add to Cart button. This means the specific size or item you're shopping for is not currently in stock.
To get this item, we need to have it created specially and sent for certification. This process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. We usually have other sizes or similar items in different metals available.

30 Day Returns – Can you return a diamond ring?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Created Brilliance purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
If your item meets our returns criteria, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Free Returns Policy
Free returns are available once per purchase order. This ensures our customers can confidently shop with us while we maintain a sustainable and fair returns process.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
In order for your purchase to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The item is returned within 30 days of receipt
- The item is returned in the original packaging
- The item is unused and not damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, any bespoke items or products that have been personalised are non-refundable. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken.
If the ring you’ve ordered is the wrong size, we offer a free resizing service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed – who is not the carrier – takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
How to Return an Order
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you meet our returns criteria, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund using the Royal Mail label service:
- Drop off your item: Print your label and drop off at a Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office, or Post Office branch
- Collect from me: Book a collection from your doorstep, office, or safeplace. Royal Mail can also bring the label to you.
We strongly recommend that you keep a proof of shipment.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us via email or the Created Brilliance website.
Please note that we only replace goods you received defective or damaged.
Gift Returns
The process of returning a gifted product will depend on the method of purchase.
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased, and were shipped directly to you, then you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received (please see How to Return an Order), then a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the original order shipped to themselves, then we will send a full refund to the gift giver.
