How to Return Jewellery for a Warranty Claim?
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team to arrange a return. Once we receive the item, we will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine its condition.
• If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
• If the damage is not covered under the warranty, we will provide a quote for any necessary repairs before proceeding.
Important: Repairs and Warranty Voidance
Please note that any repairs carried out by a jeweller other than Created Brilliance will void your lifetime manufacturing warranty. To maintain your warranty, always contact us first so we can assess and address any issues.

Fine jewellery, especially rings, is subject to wear over time. Issues caused by regular use are not considered manufacturing defects. Examples include:
- Discoloration of precious metals due to contact with chemicals or cosmetics.
- Prongs wearing out, bending, or becoming weakened over time, which may lead to gemstone loss.
- Gradual wearing down of precious metals through regular wear.
