I had to send off my fiancés ring for inspection, and Created Brilliance could not have been more fantastic - sent me a prepaid label to return the ring, emailed me less than 24 hours later with details of the replacement and then the ring arrived back with me Special Delivery by 1pm. In total, I think it took about 4 days total to resolve and replace the ring. Absolutely wonderful, could not recommend more highly.
