We work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support compliance with relevant product safety and regulatory requirements where applicable.

- restrictions relating to lead and cadmium
- product material declarations
- technical documentation
- supplier test reports
- product traceability information
Where appropriate, testing documentation and supporting compliance information may be requested from suppliers and retained for reference.
Hallmarking Compliance
Where legally required, products supplied by Created Brilliance Ltd are hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking legislation.
This may include hallmarking through recognised UK Assay Offices where applicable to the product category and metal content.
We are committed to ensuring precious metal descriptions are accurate and compliant with applicable legal requirements.
Product Traceability
We aim to maintain appropriate product and supplier traceability within our operational processes.
This includes maintaining records relating to:
- suppliers and manufacturing partners
- product specifications
- gemstone and diamond information where applicable
- invoices and product documentation
