Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We take pride that our jewellery is produced to a high standard and offer our customers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Created Brilliance jewellery.

If you experience damage to your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we recommend that you contact us directly so we can evaluate your piece. Please email us at: so that we can arrange the return. If after the evaluation a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge. If a repair is required that is not covered under the lifetime manufacturing warranty, we will provide a price quote for approval before work is performed. Repair work performed by a jeweller other than Created Brilliance will void the warranty.

All fine jewellery can be affected by normal wear and activities, this is especially true for rings. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss of theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused

by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewellery.

A few examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects:

  • The discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals or cosmetics.
  • Claws catching, wearing out or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fallout.
  • Precious metals wear down over time and may require restoration work.
