We believe transparency, ethical sourcing and responsible business practices are fundamental to building long-term trust with our customers, suppliers and retail partners.
Our sourcing approach is designed to support product integrity, responsible manufacturing standards and compliance with applicable legal and industry requirements.
Our Supply Chain
We work with a selected network of specialist manufacturing partners located in Italy, India, Thailand and Vietnam.
Our suppliers are chosen based on factors including:
- manufacturing expertise
- product quality
- ethical standards
- compliance capabilities
- long-term supplier relationships
- retailer and regulatory requirements
Where possible, we prioritise suppliers that maintain recognised industry certifications and independent audit standards.
Supplier Standards & Certifications
We work with suppliers that maintain recognised ethical and operational standards, including certifications and audit frameworks such as:
- Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC)
- SMETA / Sedex ethical audits
- Relevant ISO certifications
We rely on supplier certifications, compliance documentation and ongoing supplier relationships to support responsible sourcing oversight throughout our supply chain.
Human Rights & Ethical Standards
We expect our suppliers and manufacturing partners to operate responsibly and ethically, including:
- prohibiting forced labour and child labour
- maintaining fair and lawful employment practices
- providing safe working environments
- complying with applicable labour laws and regulations
- respecting workers’ rights and dignity

Lab-Grown Diamonds & Gemstones
Created Brilliance specialises in jewellery featuring lab-grown diamonds and selected gemstones.
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created using advanced technological processes that replicate the natural diamond growing environment. They share the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds.
We are committed to ensuring product descriptions and marketing terminology relating to lab-grown diamonds are accurate, transparent and compliant with applicable industry guidance and consumer protection standards.
Precious Metals & Materials
Our collections primarily use precious metals including gold, silver and platinum.
Where applicable, selected collections may incorporate recycled precious metals sourced through approved suppliers. However, not all products or collections contain recycled materials.
We continue to review opportunities to improve sourcing practices and material transparency as our business evolves.
Product Compliance & Traceability
We work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support compliance with relevant UK, European and international product standards where applicable.
This includes areas such as:
- UK hallmarking requirements
- REACH regulations
- nickel release standards
- restrictions relating to lead and cadmium
- product testing and technical documentation
We aim to maintain appropriate product traceability and supporting compliance documentation within our supply chain processes.
Environmental Considerations
Created Brilliance recognises the importance of reducing environmental impact across the jewellery industry.
Our business focuses primarily on lab-grown diamond jewellery, which may offer a lower-impact alternative to traditionally mined diamonds in certain areas of production and sourcing.
We continue to review opportunities to improve operational practices, packaging materials and supply chain transparency over time.
Where sustainability-related claims are made, we aim to ensure they are proportionate, transparent and supported by appropriate information available to us through our suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Packaging
We currently use a combination of packaging materials across our operations.
Where possible, selected packaging materials may include recyclable or FSC-certified components. We continue working towards improving packaging sustainability where commercially and operationally appropriate.
Ongoing Review
Responsible sourcing is an ongoing process and we recognise the importance of continuously reviewing and improving our supply chain practices as our business develops.
We intend to continue strengthening our responsible sourcing procedures, supplier oversight and compliance processes over time.
