Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Created Brilliance purchase you can return the jewellery to us within 14 days for exchange, full refund or credit. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, Created Brilliance earrings are non-returnable*.

Any jewellery returned to Created Brilliance must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Jewellery must be returned with all Created Brilliance packaging supplied with the purchase.

To return an item please email for instructions. Please remember to enclose your invoice with your return, stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, insured and sent via a trusted postal service. Created Brilliance cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will notify you by email if it is approved. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed in 7 working days.
